Peter has over 30 years’ experience in the offshore oil and gas, defence, nuclear, process, design, manufacturing and construction industries. His subsea hardware and controls experience covers deep and shallow water projects in various international locations. In recent years, he has been engaged in a variety of emerging subsea technology roles including active flowline heating, subsea power transmission and distribution and all-electric technologies.
Fred has over 25 years’ experience working in globally focused oil and gas, defence and maritime businesses. He has made significant contributions to major projects, from initial concept definition, through execution and construction to operations support, to ensure inherent safety and risk based design principles are embedded into all project aspects, to ensure risk to personnel, environment, assets and businesses is understood and minimised.
Jim has 20 years’ experience in the international oil and gas industry spanning the asset lifecycle from field development planning, through all phases of facilities design to start-up, optimisation and performance improvement. This experience encompasses marginal fields through to world scale oil and gas processing facilities, including heavy oil and enhanced NGL recovery applications onshore and offshore, and extensive floating production systems experience. Exposure to consulting, EPC and E&P organisations across the global arena, a very strong technical background and a proven track record in developing relationships and leading multi-discipline teams to deliver in challenging environments, enables Jim to rationalise the ‘big picture’ without losing emphasis on key details, and supports his focus on creating valued outcomes.
Max is an environmental specialist with 20 years’ worldwide experience encompassing oil and gas exploration, production, refining and distribution, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, aviation, manufacturing and construction. His skill set includes environmental engineering, impact assessment and management, compliance assurance, management systems, auditing and training. He has extensive experience of implementing and auditing management systems – always with a focus on performance improvement through cultural change – in the areas of environment, health and safety and greenhouse gases, including time spent in a leadership role with an accredited certification body.
Martin has more than 25 years’ experience in design and drafting for the oil and gas and power generation industries utilising state of the art CAD/CAM software. Specialising in 3D modelling, Martin’s capabilities include onshore and offshore mapping and pipeline routing, plant layouts, offshore platform design and development. Martin has worked on offshore and onshore projects from the Middle East to Australasia.
Lucy is a marine biologist and oceanographer specialising in the fields of marine conservation and oil and gas exploration and production. Lucy’s recent work has included environmental engineering / environment-in-design, environmental approvals and impact assessment including concept selection studies, regulatory compliance and the preparation of environment plans and oil spill response and monitoring plans. Lucy has extensive experience of providing in-house support to clients where she rapidly becomes a trusted advisor with multiple successful client relationships spanning many years.
Francesco is a specialist facilities consultant with more than 10 years’ international experience in field development planning, feasibility assessments, concept screening, selection and project delivery. He has worked on both onshore and offshore developments from acquisition and pre-exploration to FID, and on EPCIC executions in technical and contract manager roles. Francesco has sound technical and commercial understanding of subsurface/surface integration, marginal field monetisation, brownfield rejuvenation, project execution strategy and project economics.
